Our Bilingual programme helps children develop skills in numeracy and literacy while encouraging inquiry and enthusiasm for learning. Although the emphasis is given to global perspectives, our Bilingual programme embraces Vietnamese values and culture. We offer a play and structured inquiry-based approach to teaching and learning.

Our qualified and engaging Vietnamese teachers share the Bilingual curriculum with our native English teachers to ensure that the students can learn and practice both languages concurrently without sacrificing their mother tongue by using traditional learning techniques alongside structured inquiry.

An equal amount of time spent learning English and Vietnamese

In addition to their English specialised subjects, our Bilingual Early Years students have two full school days immersed in an English-only environment, which is taught by our native English teacher. It creates a platform whereby students can use the language with fluency and accuracy.

Subjects Following the Vietnamese Programme

Social and Emotional Development

Students learn how to develop their self confidence and self awareness, managing their feelings and behavior, building relationships with friends.

Discovery of the World

Students know about the similarity and differences in relation to places, objects, materials and living things.

Motor skills, Physical Development

Students learn how to move objects and things, handle equipment effectively such as pencils and scissors. They can manage their hygiene and personal needs successfully, including dressing and toilet.
