Our school admissions process is outlined in the steps below. Our Admissions Team is friendly and caring. We aim to get to know your child(ren) to understand their needs and to better support their transition into our school. A member of our Admissions Team is always available should you have any queries or need assistance at any stage of the enrolment process. 

We process applications throughout the year.

Admissions Procedure

Step 1: Enquiry

We recommend that you begin the admissions process with an enquiry to determine if your child is eligible to apply to a particular grade/year level. You are encouraged to send questions about support services, space availability, tuition fees or any other areas of concern directly to us. Enquiries can be made via the admissions portal on our website. Our Admissions Team will get in touch with you within one-two working days.

Step 2: Application

Next, once you have decided to enrol your child(ren) at HAIS, you must provide all the necessary documents along with the non-refundable fees (enrollment test, application fee, facility enhancement fee). Our Admissions Team will inform you which specific documents you will need to submit. These items are required to be delivered to the school or to be scanned and emailed to admissions@hais.edu.vn before your child(ren)s confirmation of enrolment.

Step 3: Admission & Registration

Parents will be notified if there is a need for an interview, more information, or entrance testing. When a student is accepted into a grade, to complete the admissions procedure, parents are required to pay all required fees 1 week before your child’s first school day.
