September 17th – Mid-Autumn Festival
Also known as the Full Moon Festival, the Mid-Autumn Festival is a significant cultural event in Vietnam. Celebrated on the Full Moon night of the 15th day of the 8th lunar month, this festival is marked by the belief that the moon shines its brightest throughout the entire year. It’s a time for families to come together, enjoy traditional foods, and partake in festivities that celebrate the beauty and abundance of the harvest season.
Led by Ms Phuc, our Vietnamese teaching staff put a wonderful effort into our annual Autumn Festival. Staff and students come dressed in traditional Vietnamese clothing and celebrate the season with delicious food and fun games.
