Secondary at Hoi An International School | From Melbourne to Hoi An
Hoi An International School were honoured to host teachers and students from Brighton Grammar School, Australia, in a memorable 2 day cultural exchange with our Year 7 cohort. The first day began with a warm breakfast, where conversations flowed easily as students from both schools shared stories and experiences. This was followed by classroom activities, collaborative lessons, and campus exploration, allowing our guests to experience the vibrant learning environment at HAIS. The highlight of the exchange was the Mini World Fair, thoughtfully prepared by our Year 7 students with the support of their dedicated teachers, featuring delicacies from around the world and engaging cultural activities. In the afternoon, students enjoyed a meaningful visit to Hội An, where they explored the town’s unique heritage and traditions together. The experience fostered genuine connections and created lasting memories, with friendships blossoming across cultural and geographical borders. This exchange is just the beginning. In October, our Year 7 students will travel to Melbourne to visit Brighton Grammar School, continuing this partnership and further strengthening the bond between the two communities.
